Bulk Mail vs. First Class Mail
1st class mail is usually delivered in 2 - 3 days.
Bulk mail can be 3 - 10 days. (Plan accordingly)

Turnaround Time
Our normal turnaround time is 2 - 4 working days
Rush Service is available for a fee.

Use Our Permit
Use our permit on your mailings and save the time and money of obtaining your own (unless you are a non-profit org.)   Note:  the permit is used only in a bulk mailing the extra pieces cannot be addressed and dropped into mail boxes.  Although you can place a stamp over the permit.

Requirements: IBM compatible

Preferred format: Comma or tab delimited file.
(city, state, zip in separate fields)

Also, we can use an Excel file.

Or, Email us your mailing names.

Payment Policies
1st time client pays an estimated of the full job (services & postage) up front.
Existing clients pay for postage up front and services are billed.

Sheet Labels - Provided by the Client
Should be in zip code order (smallest zip to the largest zip)  - Saves time and money.

Requirements for Bulk Mailing
200 pieces or 50 lbs. piece must weigh less than 16 oz., pieces with a permit must all weigh the same.
